EXCHANGES

Effn Clothing does NOT offer ANY exchanges for any size or style. 

Due to the fast turnover of stock, we cannot guarantee that we will have your preferred size/style in stock upon the items return nor can stock be reserved or put aside. We also print per order and do not hold printed stock on hand.

If you ordered the incorrect size please contact info@effnclothing.com immediately after your purchase for this to be changed and updated. Please be aware there is no guarantee that we will be able to adjust your order after it has been placed. 

RETURNS

All sales are final.

We only accept returns or exchanges for faulty/damaged product or if an incorrect item was received.

Returns must be requested within 5 days of receiving your item and returned to us within 7 days. Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed. 

If you would like to return an item please contact our customer care team info@effnclothing.com. 

Please note, we DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS unless the item is deemed faulty. 

TERMS & CONDITIONS 

The item/s MUST be in ORIGINAL and UNWORN condition, with the original tags attached and in the original packaging. 

Effn Clothing has the right to deny any item/s that aren't in the original condition and appear to be worn, washed, stained, or altered in any way will be refused. If the item does not meet the original condition, the returned items WILL NOT be sent back to the customer. 

We will send you a return label once we have confirmed your item faulty or an incorrect item was received.

PRE ORDER 

NO exchanges or refunds on any Pre order items. 

 FAULTY ITEMS

If you have received a faulty item please contact info@effnclothing.com with supporting images and we will assess as to what action to take next. All items will be assessed upon the return and deemed faulty by Effn Clothing.Faulty items do not include those that have already been worn.

* Please carefully read the care instructions for the garment. If they are not followed you will not be liable for a refund or exchange. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

No cancellations can be made once an order has been placed.
