> ORDER ISSUES
> I have entered the wrong address.
We will need to fix this for you ASAP before your order gets shipped. Please get in touch straight away at info@effnclothing.com
Make sure to include: Order name, order number, order details, and updated address.
> My item is faulty, what do I do?
Please get in contact with us at info@effnclothing.com and we will be able to get this sorted for you. Attach images of the faulty item as well as order details. Faulty claims need to made within 5 days of receiving the item.
> I am missing an item from my order.
Please make sure the item isn’t lost amongst the wrapping or stuck to the inside of the parcel. If you still can’t find it, please contact us at info@effnclothing.com.
> I have received the wrong item.
Get in contact with us at info@effnclothing.com. Please make sure to include your order details including the order number, name, and incorrect item that was received.
> I didn’t receive an order or shipping confirmation.
Make sure you have checked your junk and spam folders in case the automatic notification has been sent there. Tracking numbers will be sent from 'SENDLE' for Standard shipping or 'DHL' ' Australia Post ' for Express shipping. You can mark us as SAFE so that you won’t miss any in the future. If it’s still not there please contact us via info@effnclothing.com.
> Where do I put my Billing Address?
We only need your shipping details to be entered at checkout.

> SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
>When will my order be shipped?
Processing time for all order is 3-10 business days. Once your order has been printed and packed, it will be shipped out the same day and you will be sent the tracking information.
> When will my Pre-order items be shipped?
Our pre-order designs take between 4-6 weeks to process. Shipping time varies between the courier and if you choose Express or Standard shipping.
> I live in Australia, when will I receive my order?
We print per order so that our tees are of the highest quality. Australia Post express shipping time is 1-5 business days.
> How do I track my order?
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email for your order. You will need to put this number into the link provided to track the progress of the parcel to you. It can take a few hours, sometimes 24 hours to show any kind of an update which is common for eParcels.
> Where do you ship to?
We ship Worldwide!
> How long does it take to deliver Internationally?
We only off Express shipping. Sometimes parcels may get held at customs which will increase the arrival time. Please refer to our SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIME section for more information.
> Will I be charged duties and taxes?
Maybe, all applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes, and any other charges are the responsibility of the customer, even if you refuse the shipment upon delivery. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.
> I think my order is lost/hasn't been delivered?
*Please note: Once we pass your Effn order to the couriers, your package is with a different provider. We completely understand delays are frustrating, however once your order is with the courier, any issues need to be investigated by them. ( Australia post, Sendle or DHL.
We are able to help you get in contact with them or contact them on your behalf to resolve any issues. Please be assured, we will always do our best to get the issue sorted as quickly as possible for you.

> REFUNDS AND EXCHANGE
> I want a refund on my item.
Please be aware we DO NOT offer cash refunds unless the item is deemed faulty.
> I want to exchange my item for another size.
Please be aware all sales are FINAL and are non refundable/ non exchangeable unless faulty
We cannot provide you with an exchange so please choose your size and design carefully.

We accept all major credit and debits cards, as well as PayPal.
> Afterpay
Afterpay is only available for New Zealanda and Australian residents at this time. If Afterpay is not showing up at checkout, you need to change the currency to AUD.
You will be charged in your currency.
> Help with a promo code or gift card code.
Promo code not applying? Just make sure it’s valid for all items in your order. Gift Voucher codes need to be entered separately - if you’re having any trouble applying either of these just send through a screenshot of the page that displays so we can help!
